For the 11th time in a row, SAVENCIA has been certified TOP EMPLOYER EUROPE. In addition to this distinction, the Group has obtained TOP EMPLOYER certification in 17 countries, including three new ones.

Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organization's dedication to a better work environment and highlights its exllence this through HR policies and people practices.
The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on their participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR areas including 20 topics:

Three new countries have joined SAVENCIA's TOP EMPLOYER club
In addition to being TOP EMPLOYER EUROPE, the Group now has 17 TOP EMPLOYER countries: Germany, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, China, South Korea, Spain, United States, France, India, Japan, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia as well as, for the first time this year, Serbia, Romania and the United Kingdom.
